En visitant ce forum, je m'aperçois que, comme à l'accoutumé , certaines personnes se font abuser par des "artisans" malhonnêtes . Ce n'est pas nouveau en soit, certes, mais fort désagréable autant pour l'arnaqué que pour les artisans et entrepreneurs honnêtes. Heureusement ces derniers sont les plus nombreux mais on ne parle que trop rarement d'eux, leur publicté ne se faisant pas ici, mais jugés sur leur vraie valeur par leurs fidéles clients. Les arnaqueurs donnent une mauvaise image des professionnels du batiment et du BTP en général, et çà ce n'est pas tolérable pour tous.

Pour éviter de "se faire avoir" , demandez toujours à la personne qui va venir vous "vendre" sa prestation, quelles sont les qualifications (Qualibat, par exemple) de son entreprise et surtout une copie de ses polices assurances.  Il doit systèmatiquement vous les fournir à brève échéance et de bonne grâce, quand on à rien à se reprocher c'est tout naturel, sinon fuyez  très vite   et ne signez aucun devis ou autre document, vous aurez déjà gagné de l'argent!.... L'ancienneté d'une entreprise (date de création)  vous permettra aussi d'aprécier la stabilité dans le temps de celle-ci. Cela ne prévaut en rien, que les entreprises nouvelles ne soient  pas compétentes! 

Ne signez rien sur "le coin d'une table", personne ne peut ni ne doit vous y obliger, sinon c'est déjà le signe d'une potentielle arnaque et certains malandrins sont spécialisés dans ce "sport". Oust pour eux, et la porte à double tour... prévenez vos voisins et amis!.

Quant aux employés, pour être certains qu'ils soient déclarés aux divers organismes de contrôle, ils doivent pouvoir présenter une carte d'identification professionnelle du BTP dont chaque entreprise les a équipé, munis  de leur photo. Cela n'indique pas qu'ils soient compétents ou aimables, mais ce sera un signe que le patron a fait les formalités nécessaires pour l'employer, charge à lui d'assumer le travail qu'il vous produit..

Ce ne sont que des conseils, mais il est bon de faire le ménage de temps en temps.
