Je me présente Yan, je suis co-propriétaire d'un immeuble avec plusieurs habitants dans le 75, plus précisément dans le 5ème arrondissement de Paris. 

Je viens vous consulter  pour une demande spécifique,

En effet, l'immeuble date du siècle dernier, et est donc soumis à des règles spécifiques sur la protection du patrimoine.

Aussi, nous souhaitons rénover l'ascenseur qui à bien besoin d'une maintenance. 

Pour être honnête, je ne connais pas ce milieu et j'aimerai garantir cet ascenseur qui s'inscrit dans  le patrimoine de l'immeuble. 

Après avoir fais quelques recherches, Drieux combaluzier est une société spécialisé dans la maintenance d'ascenseur. 

Toutefois, je ne l'ai connais pas, je viens donc demander à cette communauté d'expert si vous connaissiez cet marques, et enfin la qualité de son travail.
